What is shamanic journeying? In this video I explore shamanic journeying in a simple, grounded, and honest way - drawing from my own experience of working with this practice for over 15 years. Rather than focusing on fantasy or extremes, I share what journeying actually feels like as a lived experience: a shift in perception, a deepening of awareness, and a way of entering into relationship with the unseen aspects of life. I also reflect on how different traditions describe this practice, and what they all seem to point toward at the core - relationship, listening, and returning with greater clarity into everyday life. This is not about escapism or performance. It is about learning how to listen more deeply, how to stay grounded while exploring altered states of awareness, and how to integrate what is experienced back into ordinary life. Motanki are mystical creations with roots in ancient magic, serving as a unique blend of amulets, sacred objects, and shamanic tools. The dolls were believed to have protective and healing properties. They were used as talismans to ward off evil spirits, to bring good luck, and to promote fertility and prosperity.
